TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Customers are encouraged to read and agree to all Terms and Conditions stipulated here and as follows, before proceeding to place their order/s. The action on the part of the customer placing their order/s would explicitly affirm that the customer has read and agreed to all Terms and Conditions stipulated here and as follows.

2. Customer should understand that all items displayed here are pre-order items, and prices are before shipping. Hatsukoi Trade reserves the right to refund customer 100% of payment received should the item/s is out of stock.

3. Once order is placed, confirmation emails will be sent to customers advising amount due. Hatsukoi Trade will proceed to order item/s within 24 hours upon receipt of payment. Hatsukoi Trade reserves the right to reject customer's order/s if information provided is deemed incomplete or ambiguous.

4. All order/s are final once payment is received. There are strictly no refunds, exchanges, or credits should customers initiate an order-cancellation after payment.

5. Please allow for 3-5 working days for item/s ordered to be consolidated at our overseas distribution hub. Please allow for a further 3 working days for items to be airfreight over to Singapore.

6. While every care will be taken to ensure the safe shipment of item/s, Hatsukoi Trade shall not be responsible for any items lost or damaged due to shipping.

7. While every care will be taken to inspect every item/s and highlight any issues, expectations may still differ, and Hatsukoi Trade shall not be responsible for quality not meeting expectations.

8. Hatsukoi Trade shall not be responsible for colours/tones that may appear different between displayed item/s and actual item/s due to individual variations in monitor settings, lighting, or other visual settings.
